Erin Espinosa

Erin Espinosa's work experience includes roles such as Director of Research at Evident Change, where they focus on growing and supporting the research team, as well as supporting evaluations of Evident Change tools and practices. Erin also worked as a Senior Researcher at Evident Change prior to their current role. Before joining Evident Change, Erin served as the Director of the Texas Center at the University of Maryland Baltimore, where they supported the establishment of a Center of Excellence in Texas for child and family-serving systems. Erin has also worked as a Consultant for the Technical Assistance Network for Children's Behavioral Health and as a Research Associate at the University of Texas at Austin. Erin's experience also includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at Texas State University and Austin Community College, as well as a Juvenile Probation Officer at Tom Green County. Erin has been involved in various leadership positions and initiatives related to juvenile justice and mental health.

Erin Espinosa completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Criminal Justice at Angelo State University from 1993 to 1997. Erin later pursued a Master of Public Administration degree in Public Policy at the same institution from 1993 to 2001. Erin then attended the College of Juvenile Justice & Psychology at Prairie View A&M University, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Juvenile Justice from 2005 to 2011.
