Josephine Shayegan

Josephine Shayegan serves as a Senior System Engineer at Evidente since September 2017, where responsibilities include confirmation reviews and safety assessments of ISO 26262, along with advising on software safety analyses. Previously, Josephine held the position of Manager Software Engineering, overseeing a team of software engineer consultants and contributing to the management team. Earlier experience includes serving as SAFETY MANAGER for a LIDAR sensor software platform compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL B. Prior to Evidente, Josephine worked at ABB Crane Systems from 2010 to 2017 in various roles, including Product Manager and R&D Project Manager, where accomplishments involved restructuring product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams for software development processes. Josephine's career began with experience as an Application Engineer at Bombardier Transportation and as a Math Teacher. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Systems, Control, and Mechatronics from Chalmers University of Technology, complemented by studies at the University of Washington and Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
