Van Thu Nguyen

Van Thu Nguyen, PhD, is a research associate II at Evidera since September 2021. Prior to this role, Van Thu Nguyen served as a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University, focusing on systematic reviews in medical literature from November 2020 to September 2021. From October 2016 to November 2020, Van Thu Nguyen worked as a junior scientist at the Center of Research in Epidemiology and Statistics at Université Paris Descartes, developing systematic reviews and mentoring master students. Earlier experience includes serving as a clinical research coordinator at Oxford University Clinical Research Unit from April 2012 to August 2014, managing multi-site clinical trials and training research staff. Van Thu Nguyen holds dual PhDs in Public Health from the University of Liverpool and Epidemiology from Université Paris Cité, along with a Master's degree in Public Health from Umeå University and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Hanoi University of Pharmacy.
