Verónica López Zambrano

Verónica López Zambrano has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Verónica began their career as a Management Assistant at Angels Consultant Service, where they handled administrative and organizational responsibilities. Verónica then worked as a Senior Journalist at Orinoco Television, where they covered events, conducted interviews, and contributed editorial pieces.

Verónica later joined the European Patent Office as a Communications Consultant, where they developed communication strategies and focused on internal communications and strategic planning. Verónica also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Eurail.com, resolving customer complaints and verifying account information.

Verónica's experience in the travel industry continued when they joined Booking.com. Verónica held multiple roles at the company, including Partner Support Coordinator, where they managed hotels' content and provided marketing advice. Verónica also worked as an Accommodation Service Executive, providing support and advice to hotels and properties on the Booking.com website. Additionally, Verónica served as a Senior Commercial Adviser, supporting Booking.com Outbound Executives in the onboarding quality of new partners.

Verónica then transitioned to Westcon-Comstor, where they worked as an Inside Sales Account Manager. In this role, they managed a portfolio of 150 accounts in the SMB segment.

After that, Verónica worked as a Business Development Specialist at Coyote Logistics, where they exceeded sales targets and played a key role in business development.

Currently, Verónica is working as an Associate Sales Business Development Manager at Evidos, utilizing their skills and experience in sales and business development.

Verónica López Zambrano has a strong educational background in communication and business. Verónica obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, completing their studies between 2003 and 2008. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in International Communication Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2013, focusing on the field of Business/Corporate Communications.

In addition to their formal education, Verónica López Zambrano has also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in April 2021. This certification reflects their proficiency in agile project management methodologies.
