Nathan Rasch

Nathan Rasch, MBA, PMP, SAFe SM, CSM has held a variety of roles in the technology and engineering fields. In 2021, they began working as Senior Engineering Manager at eVisit. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Pathwire as Senior Manager, Engineering, providing leadership and management for the Pipeline team. From 2017 to 2019, they were Release Manager and Statistical Analyst at the State of Colorado, actively managing the DeCORum data warehousing and reporting project and introducing Agile software development methodologies. In 2016, they were Software Development Manager at Investability. From 2013 to 2016, they were Co-Founder at EDC Solutions, LLC, where they developed a prototype software as a service (SaaS) application and grew headcount from one to sixteen. From 2010 to 2013, they were Director of Software Development and Project Management at Point of Reference, Inc., where they collaborated with the CEO and CTO and grew the engineering department's headcount from two to seven. From 2008 to 2010, they were Senior Software Developer at Return Path, where they led a Hadoop implementation and oversaw major upgrades and new feature additions to the organization's core product offering. In 2007, they were Startup Technology Consultant at Konall Culture Exchange. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, they were Software Development Manager at Planet Granite, Inc., where they analyzed and identified organization needs and managed the sales and estimating departments.

Nathan Rasch has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Colorado College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2020, they obtained certifications from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP), from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster, and from Scaled Agile, Inc. as a Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master. Nathan also holds a Zend Certified Engineer PHP 5 certification.
