Heikki Osmonen

Heikki Osmonen has extensive work experience in project management, with roles at Evitec Ltd, CGI, Ixonos, and Nokia Devices. At Evitec Ltd, they currently hold the position of Project Manager. At CGI, they served as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2020, managing various projects. At Ixonos, they held multiple roles, including Project Manager for the App Agency, where they coordinated the development of mobile applications for multiple platforms, and Project Manager for SW Tools, where they arranged competence transfer sessions and coordinated the transfer of internal servers to cloud-based services. Heikki also worked as a Senior SW Engineer, Technical Product Owner, and Scrum Master at Ixonos. At Nokia Devices, they worked as a Senior Engineer and Scrum Master, developing new Internet connectivity features and supporting application-level roaming. Heikki also acted as a Senior Design Engineer, developing GUI test tools and implementing new features for Symbian OS. In addition, they worked as a Specialist in Gateways, writing requirement specifications and feasibility studies related to information security of Mobile Internet, and as a Senior Software Engineer, handling various tasks related to real-time software development.

Heikki studied at the Goethe Institut from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Goethe-Zertifikat A1: Start Deutsch 1.

From 2000 to 2002, Heikki attended the University of Helsinki, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature.

Between 1991 and 1995, Heikki pursued a B.Sc in Information Technology at the Pori Institute of Technology.

In the years 1985 to 1988, Heikki attended Kuninkaanhaan lukio, where they completed a Matriculation examination.

Additionally, Heikki has acquired various certifications. In December 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Laatukeskus Excellence Finland. Heikki also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Insinööriliitto IL in February 2019. Heikki has obtained a Goethe-Zertifikat A1: Start Deutsch 1 from the Goethe Institut in May 2012. Heikki is a Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B, certified in May 2018 by IPMA: International Project Management Association. In November 2016, they earned the certification of Certified Project Manager IPMA Level C from IPMA: International Project Management Association. Heikki has also achieved the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020. Heikki obtained the SAFe 4 Certified Release Train Engineer certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2018. Lastly, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe Agilist in August 2015 from Scaled Agile, Inc.
