Henni Niiranen

Henni N. has a diverse range of work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Back Office Employee at OP Financial Group, where they managed information systems and audited contracts. Henni also worked as a Research Assistant at Tampere University of Technology, assisting with course assignments. In 2016 and 2017, Henni worked as a Logistics Trainee at Cargotec, gaining expertise in SAP and PLM-system usage, as well as creating Excel macros for logistics problem-solving. Since 2017, they have been with Profit Software Ltd, initially starting as a Junior BI Consultant and later becoming a Business Intelligence Consultant and Customer Experience Manager. In this role, Henni specializes in full-stack data platform development for financial industry customers, utilizing advanced SQL and DAX skills to create complex Power BI reports. Henni also focuses on understanding customer business logic and translating it into technical solutions, emphasizing customer scenarios and maintaining excellent social interaction skills.

Henni N. completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information and Knowledge Management from Tampere University of Technology from 2013 to 2016. Following this, Henni pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Information and Knowledge Management from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, in 2016, Henni briefly attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
