Jyrki Laavola

Jyrki Laavola has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Jyrki began their career at Nokia BI in 1998, where they served as a Marketing Trainee until 2000. Jyrki then transitioned to the role of Officer, eMarketing & Internal Tools from 2000 to 2001 before becoming an Application Specialist from 2001 to 2007.

In 2007, Laavola joined Affecto as a BI Consultant, a role they held for nearly a decade until 2016. Jyrki then moved on to Profit Software Ltd where they worked as a BI Consultant from 2016 to 2019.

Currently, Laavola is employed at Evitec Ltd, where they have held multiple roles. Jyrki started as a Service Manager from October 2019 to June 2022, then transitioned to the position of Business Director from September 2022 until January 2023. Jyrki is currently serving as the Business Director at Evitec Ltd.

Jyrki Laavola completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Espoo-Vantaa polytechnic, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in September 2012.
