Pasi Simonen

Pasi Simonen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pasi started their career in 2016 at Fennovoima as a Project Worker. In 2017, they joined Loihde Analytics and worked as a Data Warehouse Developer until 2018. Pasi then transitioned to the role of Data Warehouse Designer in 2019 and later became a Data Engineer in 2020. Pasi mainly worked with Microsoft BI-technologies, particularly SSIS-packages and SQL server management studio. In 2022, they joined Evitec Ltd as a Project Manager.

Pasi Simonen obtained an Engineer's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Oulu, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained multiple certifications. In 2017, they achieved the SAS Base Programming for SAS 9 certification from SAS. In 2022, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Recently, in 2023, Pasi obtained two certifications from Microsoft: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals.
