Hoang Tran has several years of experience in the field of software testing and engineering. Hoang began their career at LogiGear Corporation in 2013 as a Software Tester, specializing in both automation and manual testing for gaming, window applications, and web-based applications. Hoang gained a strong understanding of testing techniques, processes, and bug management. During their time at LogiGear Corporation, Hoang was responsible for various tasks and demonstrated good communication skills with managers and team members. Hoang also possessed intermediate level English proficiency. Hoang's technical skills include working with Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8 operating systems, development IDEs such as Eclipse, programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python, and databases including MS SQL and Access. Hoang was familiar with software development processes such as Scrum/Agile and Waterfall, and utilized tools like Jira, TFS, Test Architect, and Selenium. In 2019, Hoang joined NEOLAB VIỆT NAM Co.,ltd as a Senior Software Engineer until November 2020. Currently, Hoang is working as a QA Engineer at Evizi since November 2020.
Hoang Tran received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Educational Assessment, Testing, and Measurement from Carnegie Mellon University. This educational endeavor took place from 2009 to 2013.
