Azad Srents-Garabedyan is a skilled professional with a diverse background in customer service, journalism, and copywriting. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and Copywriter at EVN Bulgaria since October 2021, Azad previously worked as a Senior Expert supporting the activities of the Municipal Council in Shumen from January 2020 to October 2021. Earlier experiences include roles as a Freelance Copywriter at europlovdiv.com, a Reporter at New Bulgarian Television, and a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Office1 Superstore. Azad holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Bachelor's degree in Bulgarian and Greek language from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski." Further studies include participation in an Erasmus program at the University of Ioannina, focusing on Modern Greek Language and Literature.
