Your teams are already smarter than your org chart gives them credit for. The problem is, most organizations are designed around a different assumption - that leadership lives in individuals rather than in the systems those individuals create together.

Evo Associates exists because complexity science proved what your best teams already know: leadership isn't a person - it's what teams do together. We help organizations move beyond individual heroics and start building systems where collective intelligence can breathe.

We apply insights from complexity science - the same principles that govern how starling murmurations coordinate without a single bird in charge - to the very human challenges of leadership, strategy, and team performance. The result is smarter systems that produce the distributed competence and adaptive collaboration that no org chart can mandate into existence.
Founded by Michael Morand - military and Fortune 50 leadership veteran, complexity science researcher, and author of the forthcoming book 'Quantum Teams' (Fast Company Press, early 2027) - Evo Associates works with leaders ready to move past "who should be in charge?" and toward "what conditions make this team unstoppable?"

Because the future won't belong to the smartest person in the room. It'll belong to the smartest rooms.
