Kartik Dixit

Kartik Dixit has a diverse work experience in the food and entrepreneurship sectors. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Evo Foods, a plant-based egg company backed by international future food stalwarts. In 2021, they became an Extreme Entrepreneur for Lightspeed Extreme Entrepreneurs, a training series for entrepreneurs from India and Southeast Asia. In 2018, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of ClearMeat, India's first clean meat startup focused on creating minced chicken. Kartik was also an Incubatee for the ProVeg Incubator in 2018, a program to cultivate and support emerging startups reducing animal product consumption. In 2017, they were a Fellow for the Startup Leadership Program, a highly selective, world-class training program for outstanding founders, leaders, and innovators.

Kartik Dixit has completed their education history with a High School Diploma from Wainganga Vidyalaya, Pauni in 2013. Kartik then went on to become a Fellow at the Startup Leadership Program from 2017 to 2018. Most recently, in 2020, Kartik completed the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
