Olivia McGuinness

Olivia McGuinness is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at EVO since August 2012. Prior positions at EVO encompass roles such as HR Business Partner and Group Talent and Development Advisor. In addition to corporate experience, Olivia contributed as a Foundation Governor at St Thomas of Canterbury School from September 2023 to June 2024. Prior to EVO, roles at Monarch Recruitment Ltd and Ted Baker provided foundational experience in account support and sales, respectively. Educational achievements include a Level 5 HR Consultant/Partner qualification from Interserve Learning and Employment, a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management and Services, and a Law LLB from the University of Birmingham.
