Jared Brown, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Jared Brown, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 12 years. Jared is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at EVO Transportation since January 2023. In this role, Jared is responsible for building and leading the Human Resources functions, while also overseeing the acquisitions of other USPS contractors. Under their leadership, EVO has grown from 250 employees to over 2000 employees.

Prior to their current position, Jared was the Vice President of Human Resources at EVO Transportation, starting from April 2019 until January 2023. Jared was appointed to this role after the acquisition of Thunder Ridge Transport, Inc. At Thunder Ridge Transport, Jared served as the Director of Human Resources from September 2017 to April 2019. Jared successfully managed the HR operations for the company, which operated 150 trucks and had 200 employees, servicing 13 USPS contracts across 13 states.

Before joining EVO and Thunder Ridge Transport, Jared worked as a Principal at Six Point Search, a professional search firm, from April 2016 to September 2017. At Six Point Search, they focused on aligning top talent with leading companies nationwide.

Jared started their career in 2009 as the Director of Recruiting at O & S Trucking, Inc. Jared held this position for over five years, until August 2014.

Furthermore, Jared has experience as a Professional Recruiter at PenPro Talent, the professional recruitment division of Penmac Staffing. Jared worked in this role from August 2014 to April 2016, where their responsibilities included searching for candidates across various fields.

Jared Brown, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication & General Business from Missouri State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In 2014, they received their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. The following year, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
