Daryl Hasting has a strong background in data center operations and facilities management. Daryl currently holds the position of Director of Facilities at Evocative, where they manage three critical data centers in New York, Boston, and New Jersey. Daryl'sresponsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, infrastructure maintenance, and projects, ensuring 24/7 uptime and compliance with customer SLAs.

Prior to their current role, Daryl served as the Senior Manager of Data Center Operations at VERISIGN from 2016 to 2020. During their tenure, they led and managed critical data centers in Virginia, Delaware, and Switzerland, overseeing operations, monitoring, reporting, and analysis services.

In 2015, Daryl worked as a Facilities Manager at BNY Mellon | Pershing, where they mentored and provided training for department personnel in maintenance planning and execution. Daryl also supervised facility maintenance programs and equipment/system operations.

Before joining BNY Mellon | Pershing, Daryl was employed by Citi as an Assistant Facilities Manager, responsible for the operation and maintenance of mission-critical systems in a 1,500,000 square foot data center.

Daryl'scareer started at Equinix in 2007, where they worked as an Assistant Facilities Manager of Operations. Here, they managed mechanical and electrical equipment in large-scale data centers, maintained client and customer relations, and oversaw network-neutral services and collocation facilities.

Daryl Hasting began their education in 1991 at Mohawk Valley Community College, where they pursued Graphic Designing & Advertising until 1993. Subsequently, from 1994 to 1999, they attended Middlesex Technical School and completed the Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
