Saundra Pelletier

CEO at Evofem Biosciences

Saundra Pelletier is the CEO of Evofem Biosciences and a leading global advocate for girls’ and women’s health, rights, and well-being. Saundra has over fifteen years of experience in the public and private sectors, with a focus on reproductive health.

Pelletier began their career as a management consultant and executive coach. In 2005, they founded WCG Cares, a nonprofit that provides access to reproductive healthcare in developing countries. Under their leadership, WCG Cares grew to become a leading global advocate for women’s health, rights, and well-being. In 2013, they were appointed Director of Women Deliver, a UN Foundation initiative. In this role, they oversaw the organization’s global advocacy efforts to ensure girls’ and women’s health and rights are included in the Sustainable Development Goals.

In 2009, Pelletier launched the U.S.-based sexual education campaign "If You Don’t Tell Them, Then Who Will?," in partnership with actress/activist Jessica Biel. The campaign was designed to help young people make informed decisions about their sexual health.

Saundra Pelletier has an Honorary Doctor of Business Administration from Husson University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Husson University, and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the New England School of Communications. Saundra is certified by The Life Purpose Network as an Advanced Executive Coach and by the Y.O.U. Institute as a Level III Certified Practitioner/Human Behavior.
