Guy Kofman

Guy Kofman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Guy started their career at Bank Leumi in 2010 as a Fraud Prevention Manager. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2015, they joined Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) as a Legal Intern, where they gained valuable experience. Guy continued working at ERM as an Associate from 2016 to 2018, advising investors and start-up companies on financing transactions and providing legal support in complex M&A deals and commercial agreements. In 2018, Guy took on the role of General Counsel at both TLVC - Tel Aviv Capital and Brilliance Ventures until 2020. Currently, they are a Legal Advisor and IP Manager at Evogene, a position they have held since 2020.

Guy Kofman obtained their education at various institutions. Guy completed their Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), Magna Cum Laude, at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they participated in a Student Exchange Program at the National University of Singapore, focusing on International Law and Legal Studies. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Banking at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2012 to 2016. In December 2016, Guy Kofman obtained their certification as a Lawyer from the Israeli Bar Association.
