Marek Grochala

Founder at Evojam

Marek Grochala started their work experience in 2002 as a Software Developer and Team Leader at Synerway, where they developed websites and booking systems for travel agencies. Marek also created new features in company products. In 2004, they joined Accenture as an Analyst and Software Developer, where they developed a module of the Infranet billing system for a Polish telecom. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at ABG SPIN as a Java J2EE Developer, developing and maintaining the Integrated Management and Control System (IACS), one of the largest IT projects in Poland. In 2008, they worked as a Consultant and Software Developer (Java) at PB Polsoft, and from 2008 to 2013 they worked at 7N / Nykredit as a Software Developer (Java), where they developed internal and online banking systems and conducted developer trainings. Since 2013, they have been the Founder of Evojam, leading a digital transformation and delivering custom software solutions for clients around the globe.

Marek Grochala has a strong educational background in computer science. Marek attended the Warsaw University of Technology from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. Marek further pursued their studies at the same university from 2003 to 2006, focusing on Computer Science without earning a specific degree. In 2010 to 2012, Marek Grochala attended ASBIRO and obtained an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
