Jane Kearns

Jane Kearns is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation and decarbonization, currently serving as a Partner at Evok Innovations since March 2022. With leadership roles as an Independent Board Director at both Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corp and Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corp II since October 2020 and February 2021, respectively, Jane is instrumental in mergers and acquisitions aimed at decarbonizing carbon-intensive sectors. Additionally, Jane holds the position of Independent Board Director at Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. and boasts extensive experience from previous roles, including Vice President of Growth Services at MaRS Discovery District and founder of Clean Energy Developments Corp. Jane possesses an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a BSc in Biology from the University of Calgary, and a BA in Geography from Western University.
