Chris Kimber started their work experience as a Student Naval Aviator in the United States Marine Corps from January 2009 to January 2011. Chris then served as a Personnel and Manpower Officer in the Marine Corps from January 2011 to July 2013, where they certified the deployment readiness of over 1,500 Marines and Sailors and developed internal controls for managing over 300 government travel credit card accounts.

From July 2013 onwards, Chris worked at Evoke Research and Consulting, LLC as a Project Manager. Chris facilitated the organizational realignment of over 1,700 employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs and implemented legislation to restructure residency requirements for education beneficiaries. Chris also drafted strategic policy for executive leadership.

In August 2014, Chris became a Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Chris developed strategic solutions for improving rule of law mechanisms, energy security capabilities, anti-corruption measures, and infrastructure in Eastern Europe. Chris drafted proposals for tailoring personnel structure and unified the objectives of various organizations in the European theater.

Finally, in August 2018, Chris joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant. No specific end date is provided for their role at this company.

Chris Kimber completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from William & Mary, studying from 2001 to 2006. Chris then pursued further education at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from 2015 to 2017.
