Sherry Wulkan

Course Director at Evoke Neuroscience

Sherry Wulkan has a diverse work experience in the field of combat sports and healthcare. Sherry currently serves as the CEO of Combative Sports Consulting Services International and the Medical Director of Combative Sports Consulting Services. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Consultant at NYU Langone Health and as a Course Director at Evoke Neuroscience. Sherry also served as an Advisor for the U.S. Marine Corps Combat Sports Program and as an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University. Before that, they held the position of Medical Chief of Mixed Martial Arts and Muay Thai at the New Jersey State Athletic Control Board, where they were responsible for ensuring the health and safety of combat sports participants in North America. Additionally, they were the FINA Medical Representative for Traveling International Athletes for the New York Tri-State Region and served as the ABC Medical Chair at NJSACB. Sherry also worked as the Chief Medical Expert at ABC LEGAL.

Sherry Wulkan obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Sherry then pursued higher education at Stony Brook University, from 1983 to 1985, and earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the field of Medicine.
