Christian Forestell has a long and varied work experience. christian began their career in 1999 as an Architectural Assistant at LTAPO, a dedicated organization of designers, IT professionals and security professionals employed in the Canadian Parliamentary Precinct through the Canadian House of Commons. In 2004, they joined CMP, a Division of East West Consulting, as a Marketing Manager and Consultant. In 2008, they became Business Development/ Chief Networking Officer at Followdream, an online software start up. In 2009, they were Managing Partner of a Start Up. In 2011, they were Executive Producer of Bikini Lines, a project to create a monument visible in Google Earth. In 2014, they became Senior Consultant at Robert Leonard Consulting. In 2015, they became Founder of Kartograff. In 2016, they were General Manager of New Project Development at East West Consulting (Japan). In 2017, they were Japan Manager at Trabble and Co-Founder at Evolany Co., Ltd., which manages Japan's first miniapp publishing platform.

Christian Forestell attended Carleton University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree in the field of Architecture.
