Vicki Niesen has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. vicki began their career in 1991 as a Senior Research Engineer at ConocoPhillips. In 1996, they co-founded Multiphase Solutions (WOOD) and served as a Principal Consultant. In 2003, they became President of ITP Interpipe. From 2011 to 2017, they were Manager of Hydraulic and Flow Assurance Consulting at DNV GL, where they managed a group specializing in hydraulic and flow assurance modeling. In 2017, they co-founded PhaseIQ and served as Principal Consultant and FEED Project Manager and EPC Engineering Manager. In 2020, PhaseIQ merged with evoleap and they became VP Projects.

Vicki Niesen earned their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1978. vicki then attended Colorado School of Mines, where they obtained their MS in Chemical Engineering in 1981 and their Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in 1985.
