Heather Luckenbach

Heather Luckenbach serves as the Chief Transformation & Integration Officer at Evolent Health, having held various leadership roles since May 2017, including Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Vice President of Performance & Innovation, and Vice President of Analytics Strategy and Operations. Prior to Evolent Health, Heather Luckenbach worked at Valence Health, now part of Evolent Health, from September 2006 to May 2017, where positions included Vice President of Client Management, Director of Client Management, and Director of Operations. Heather Luckenbach earned a Bachelor of Health Administration in Health Care Administration from Texas State University between 2002 and 2006.
