Jordan Silvergleid

Jordan Silvergleid currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Evolent since July 2023, previously holding the same title at New Century Health from November 2019 to July 2023. Prior experience includes co-founding Centivo and leading its Provider Strategy & Alliances from May 2017 to October 2019, focusing on engaging exceptional providers for self-funded health plans.
