Mario R. is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Evolent since October 2025, Mario previously held the same position at WellBe Senior Medical, focusing on value-based home healthcare. Prior to that, as CEO of RWA Wealth Partners, Mario led the firm to triple assets under management. Earlier experiences include serving as EVP, CFO, and CRO at Edelman Financial Engines, where Mario successfully managed a transformational integration, and as CFO of CVS Caremark, overseeing significant financial operations and strategic initiatives, including the $78 billion Aetna acquisition. Mario's career also includes roles at J.P. Morgan and Lehman Brothers, emphasizing M&A and investment banking. Mario holds an MBA in Finance from William & Mary and a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond.
