Previously, they held the position of Regional Service Manager at SWARCO Smart Charging and have managed large-scale technical teams across various roles, including Team Leader at Clear Channel UK and Facilities Maintenance at Sports Direct. Tom has successfully overseen one of the UK's largest CPO Networks, enhancing revenue and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and technical expertise.
