Dilnawaz Shaikh

Dilnawaz Shaikh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career in 2014 at XL Dynamics as a Sr Associate, where they swiftly progressed to becoming a Team Lead within six months. Their responsibilities included customer service for the mortgage process, handling escalation calls, resolving customer queries, and maintaining SLA targets.

In 2015, Dilnawaz joined Cheers Interactive as a Sr Sales Executive and worked there until 2018.

They then joined StatByte Marketing Solutions in 2019 as a Team Lead, where they worked until 2020.

In 2021, Dilnawaz joined NovaVente | Home of Technology Sales as an Assistant Manager of Business Development. They later advanced to the role of a Senior Account Manager and worked there until 2023.

Currently, Dilnawaz is serving as a Global Strategic Account Manager at Scienlabs Technologies, where they work on cutting-edge technologies such as information security, mobile technology, and artificial intelligence. Their main focus is solving online fraud problems using advanced AI and genetic algorithms. The role is ongoing, and no end date has been provided.

Dilnawaz Shaikh began their education at Saraswati Vidyalay in 2002, where they completed their high school education and obtained an H.S.C degree in Arts in 2004. They then attended B.P.S.E School from 2003 to 2004 and earned another H.S.C degree in Arts. In 2016, Dilnawaz enrolled in Motivational Pathway and completed their bachelor's degree in Arts, receiving a Bachelor of Arts - BA in 2019.
