Karthik M began their work experience in 2016 at Semnox Solution Pvt. Ltd. where they worked as an Analyst until May 2019. In 2022, they joined EvoluteIQ as an Associate Customer Success Manager (BA & PM) and their employment is ongoing.

Karthik M completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from PACE College between 2012 and 2016. Karthik later pursued a degree in Business Analytics from Christ University, Bangalore from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Karthik obtained several certifications, including "Statistical Inference and Modeling for High-throughput Experiments" and "Using Python for Research" from edX in July 2021 and June 2021 respectively. Karthik also completed "Introduction to Data Analytics for Business" and "Fundamentals of Management" courses, receiving certificates from Coursera in October 2020 and September 2020 respectively.
