Alicia Jabbar

Alicia Jabbar, CPCC, PCC, is the Founder and CEO of Alicia Jabbar Professional Coaching, established in August 2015. Currently a Partner, Executive Coach, and Facilitator at Evolution since August 2023, Alicia collaborates with start-up and high-growth companies to enhance leadership and culture. Alicia serves as an Activator for Coralus, supporting a global community of women and non-binary individuals, and as a Leadership Coach for The Women's Impact Alliance, focusing on developing young women leaders. Additional roles include Core Experience Guide at Chief and Facilitator at Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the renowned Interpersonal Dynamics course. Alicia co-founded Inside Out Incubator and previously worked as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc., and held a board position at Girls Leadership. Alicia holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute.
