Anjani Bhargava

Anjani Bhargava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and coaching across various industries. As the Founder and Managing Partner of DLB Growth Strategies since April 2012, Anjani has also served as a Senior Partner at Evolution and as an Executive Coach at Blake Street Group since January 2019. Anjani's previous roles include Operating Partner and Chief Talent and Organization Development Officer at Abundant Venture Partners, Chief Human Resources Officer at Topco Associates, and Executive Director of Global HR M&A at Lenovo. Additionally, Anjani has held significant positions at Axiom Consulting Partners, Pepsi Americas, and Motorola Mobility. Anjani holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and is pursuing a PhD in the same field from Northern Illinois University.
