Fang Zhou is a seasoned coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational culture transformation. Currently serving as a coach at Evolution Service Corp since 2018, Fang Zhou collaborates with high-growth companies to foster long-term success. Previously, as co-founder and coach at eWay Management Consulting from 2009 to 2015, Fang Zhou focused on assisting startups in China across various industries. Fang Zhou also contributed as a coach at Axialent, specializing in culture change for multinational organizations, and served as a career coach at Ruoqin Coaching Center, guiding clients through significant career transitions. Early career roles include General Manager at renren.com, where Fang Zhou oversaw operations in mainland China, and General Manager for Electronic Arts in China, establishing the company's presence in the market.
