Managing Director at Evolution

Matt Auron has over 20 years of work experience. Matt started their career as a Sales and inventory analyst at Johnson & Johnson in 2000 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Manager of Local Government Affairs at the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce. Matt then worked as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Los Angeles Universal Preschool from 2006 to 2009. After that, they joined DaVita as a Sr. Director - OD and Training (Wisdom Team) where they worked until 2013. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Evolution, a coaching and leadership consulting firm, where they have been working since 2013.

Matt Auron has a Master's degree (M.S.) in Organization Development from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, where they earned a B.S. degree in Political Science from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Matt Auron has also obtained several certifications in coaching and leadership. These include the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation, which they received in April 2021. Matt also holds certifications as an Enneagram Coach from The Enneagram in Business (March 2021), a Hudson Certified Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching (December 2020), and completion of the Hudson Coach Certification Program (December 2020).

Furthermore, Matt Auron has obtained additional certifications in various tools and methodologies, including MBTI from Meyers Briggs Corporation (June 2020), CCL 360 Suite from the Center for Creative Leadership (March 2014), and Leadership Challenge Training from The Leadership Challenge®, A Wiley Brand (June 2011).

Lastly, Matt Auron is a member of the International Coaching Federation, as confirmed by their ICF Member certification received in April 2021.
