Melani Gordon

Melani Gordon is an accomplished Executive Coach and Partner at Evolution, a global coaching and consulting firm, since January 2023. Previously, Melani founded MelaniGordon.com in March 2020, where business coaching and co-hosting the Fierce & Free podcast are key focuses. As a Venture Partner and Angel Investor at Interlock Capital since April 2021, Melani has also served as Investment Principal for Techstars Anywhere from August 2021 to November 2022, overseeing company growth and mentoring networks. Co-founding Evergreen (formerly TapHunter) in January 2012, Melani led a successful SaaS startup that provided management and marketing solutions for businesses. Additional experiences include coaching at Founders First Capital Partners, co-founding San Diego Startup Week, and leading gWave Consulting, Inc. Melani holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from San Diego State University and has participated in the Startup Leadership Program specializing in Entrepreneurship.
