Meredith Whipple Callahan is a seasoned executive coach and senior partner at Evolution since April 2020, where a bespoke coaching approach is provided to a diverse portfolio of clients, including CEOs and high-potential executives. Prior experience includes serving as an advisor and executive coach at Bridgewater Associates from 2017 to 2020, where contributions included advising on learning and development and initiating internal coaching practices. Earlier roles at Bain & Company from 2003 to 2017 involved co-authoring the firm's leadership curriculum and training leaders globally. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University, a BA in Religious Studies from Yale University, and a Diplome in Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu.
