Evolution is humanizing the modern business organization. Evolution partners with forward-thinking leaders and their staff to realize their full potential by shifting the understanding of success away from traditional paradigms that measure results in financial terms. Focusing on the interplay and interconnectedness of Leadership, Team Dynamics, Organizational Culture and Processes, Evolution coaches teams and executives to align themselves according to a defined set of shared values that are then reflected across all aspects of every company. Matt Auron & Geoff Graber founded Evolution on the belief that every business, like an individual, has a unique identity based on its essence–or soul–that is experienced internally through the culture. For many businesses, this can be lost or forgotten with growth and age, as conventional HR systems are adopted, bad behaviors tolerated, and profit maximized. To sustain the company’s essence–and build a thriving business–leaders’ behaviors, team dynamics, and organizational culture and systems must all be aligned and driven by the company’s values.
