Todd Emaus

Todd Emaus is an experienced entrepreneur and executive coach currently serving as the Founder of Cadence since November 2023, which focuses on enhancing company growth through an effective operating system. Emaus has been a Partner and Executive Coach at Evolution since 2018, mentoring startup leaders in team and culture management. Additionally, as an All Star Mentor at Techstars since April 2020, Emaus assists early-stage companies in achieving product-market fit and cultivating high-performance cultures. Emaus has a history of founding and leading several startups, including Twenty20, BoomStreet, and FreshTrend, many of which were acquired by larger firms. Emaus holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from the same institution.
