Evolution Austin Therapy provides personalized, holistic therapy in Austin and throughout Texas.

Our approach centers around creating customized care plans suited to each client's unique needs. This approach combines elements from several advanced therapy modalities including EMDR, EFT, IFS, PVT, CBT and more.

The goal is to make each client feel heard and understood while creating a safe space that allows them to thrive free of judgement or bias. We've worked with clients ranging from professional athletes, to high-ranking executives, to everyday people, making our team well-versed in helping clients thrive within their unique circumstances.

In an effort to make mental health care more accessible to all, we've created a series of digital workbooks designed to offer many of the benefits of seeing a therapist regularly, without the time and financial commitment. Contact us for more information!
