Katie Hayes

Katie Hayes is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Evolution Funding Ltd since November 2021. Prior to this role, Katie held the position of Head of Jaguar Land Rover Financial Services at Lloyds Banking Group from September 2020 to November 2021. Katie's extensive career at Lex Autolease spanned over two decades, during which various leadership roles were undertaken, including Head of Partnership & Market Development, Customer Experience Director, Senior Manager - Customer & Colleague Experience, and Customer Relationship Management. Katie holds a degree from the University of Leeds, where studies were completed from 1996 to 1999.
