Jarrod Youlden is an experienced mining professional with a strong background in various roles at Evolution Mining since January 2015, ranging from Mining Engineer to Mining Superintendent. Responsibilities include generating and optimizing stoping and development designs, assisting with long-term strategic planning, and providing drill and blast engineering services. Prior to this, Jarrod served as a Pool Life Guard at the City of Mandurah from January 2012 to December 2015, where responsibilities included supervising an aquatic facility and performing first aid. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Curtin University.
