Roger Flores

Roger Flores is a seasoned Senior Mine Geologist currently leading the geology team at Evolution Mining, focusing on open-pit projects at Mungari Operations. With extensive experience in both open-pit and underground mining, Roger has played pivotal roles in geological planning and ore control strategies, significantly contributing to resource optimization and operational success. Prior to this, Roger held various positions including Mine Geologist at Red 5 Limited and Linden Gold, and gained valuable experience in the hospitality sector as a small business owner and store manager. Roger's educational background includes a Master's degree in Global Project Management and an MBA from Torrens University Australia, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad del Cusco.
