Evolution.new is a personal transformation and development program for founders, executives, and senior professionals.

We work at the intersection of who you are and how you act — in relationships, groups, and the situations that matter most to you. The program is not educational and not therapeutic. It sits somewhere in between: practice-based, experiential, and deeply personal.

Over the course of the program, participants work with presence and self-awareness, group dynamics and interpersonal process, communication and decision-making, and the patterns that shape how they lead, relate, and grow.

As part of the program, participants take on personal projects — testing the boundaries of their own scale and depth, and discovering what becomes possible when they do.

The program runs in small cohorts across London, Lisbon, and Moscow. It combines offline modules, online practices, and individual work — designed to create real change, not just new ideas about it.
