Margaret Hawkins

Margaret Hawkins has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Margaret currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Evolution Research Group, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Macy's Inc. as an HR Manager from 2014 to 2016, where they focused on employee engagement, learning, coaching, and career development. From 2010 to 2013, Margaret was the Director of Human Resources at Doherty Enterprises, Inc., where they oversaw HR functions for a large franchisee restaurant business operating multiple brands and employing thousands of individuals. Before that, they held the role of Executive Director of Human Resources at Clinsys Clinical Research from 2001 to 2008, and HR Director at i3 Research from 1999 to 2001. Margaret's early career included a long tenure at Berlex Laboratories, Inc., where they served as an HR Manager/Executive from 1989 to 1999. Margaret Hawkins earned a BA in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1987. Margaret also pursued an MA program in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
