Heiner Murmann

Heiner Murmann is a seasoned professional in the logistics and supply chain industry, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Orkestra SCS, a supply chain platform for global shippers, since September 2017. Additionally, Murmann has held leadership roles as Executive Chairman at Evolution Time Critical and as an Advisory Board Member at both Metro Supply Chain Group and Black & McDonald Limited. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at DB Schenker from 2003 to 2016, where responsibilities included Global Air Freight and Global Ocean Freight as a member of the Board of Management. Murmann also served as CEO and COO of BAX Global, contributing to the merger of two leading logistics companies in the Americas. Educational credentials include a BA in International Relations from The University of British Columbia and studies at INSEAD.
