Mohanad Jawish

Mohanad Jawish is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer at Evolutions since May 2025, Mohanad previously held the position of AVP, Head of Sales at DAMAC Properties, where responsibilities included coaching sales directors and managing broker relationships. Prior to that, Mohanad was Head of Life - Distribution at Fidelity Insurance, overseeing P&L, product development, and team management. Additional experience includes roles at MetLife Lebanon as Agency Executive, Export Manager at Alfa Interfood, and sales-related positions at High Life International and Al-Hayat Offshore. Mohanad holds an Executive MBA from the University of Northampton, with studies ongoing since 2021.
