Kelly Hudson

Kelly L. Hudson, JD, currently serves as VP of Legal and People at Evolv AI since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing legal and human resources functions while supporting the company's mission to optimize digital performance through advanced artificial intelligence. Prior to this role, Hudson worked as a Sr. Legal Analyst at Sentient Technologies, where negotiations of customer contracts and NDAs were key responsibilities. Hudson has a breadth of financial and operational experience from positions at the University of California San Diego, Apple, and Emotient, the latter involving significant roles in fiscal analysis, contract review, and HR management during the company's acquisition. Hudson's early career included legal clerkship and internship roles, complemented by a JD from Cleveland State University and a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego.
