Alessandra Batelli has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alessandra is currently working as a Sr Director of Business Development at Evolva since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner and Business Development Lead at Dias Roma GmbH, where they helped clients enter new markets and launch innovative products in the Personal Care and Nutrition/Food sectors.

Before that, Alessandra held various positions at Lonza from 2013 to 2020. Alessandra served as the Head of Global Marketing Personal Care, where they led a marketing and project management team, developed marketing strategies, and drove profitable growth. Alessandra also worked as a Marketing Manager for Food, Personal Care, and Home Care in Latin America, where they implemented marketing processes, coordinated projects, and trained a large team on marketing tools.

Alessandra Batelli has a diverse education history. Alessandra completed an EMBA in General Management from BSP - Business School São Paulo in 2003. Before that, from 1997 to 1999, they obtained an EMBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Earlier, they did their undergraduate studies in Business Administration from 1992 to 1995 at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Most recently, in 2016-2017, Alessandra attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
