Currently serving as Resident Manager at Evolve Back Resorts since November 2023, Amit previously held the position of Director of Operations at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, sales, and marketing while managing significant revenue streams. Amit's career features leadership roles across various esteemed hotels, including The Raintree Hotels, MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, and Radisson Blu, with a proven track record in driving financial performance, enhancing guest experiences, and developing innovative services such as successful cloud kitchen initiatives. Amit holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from IIHM and completed culinary training at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners.
