Jerry Thomas Lal

Jerry Thomas Lal has extensive experience in the hospitality and education sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development at Evolve Back Resorts since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jerry held positions as Training Manager at CGH Earth Experience Hotels and Assistant Professor at Lourdes Matha Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Previous roles also include Assistant Professor at Shevaroys College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Captain at Cgh Earth, Senior Guest Service Associate at The Raviz Hotels, and Food and Beverage Assistant at Abad Group of Hotels. Jerry began a career in hospitality after completing training at Crowne Plaza Kochi. Academic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in hotel management from Munnar Catering College and ongoing master's studies in tourism and travel management at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
